- I look nothing like my mother except for my eye color, and I look nothing like my half-siblings (we all share the same father), but I'm the only one who looks basically like a female version of my dad.

- I know if I have kids one day, I plan to have more than one carrier. I'll keep the carrier in the car, and have a second one in the trunk, that way I won't have to remove it until it's time for the booster seat.

- What makes it interesting is that this lady was living history (at least it's interesting to me). She was born into a dynasty for an empire that died out nearly a century ago. It's like losing the last Titanic survivor a few years ago, or the last World War I soldiers. When they go, history goes.

- The thought of aging doesn't bother me, I've embraced it. I'm 33, and I have no worries about getting older. It's probably because I've mostly grown up around loving older people. What does worry me is the inevitable day that my parents will become feeble and have to be taken care of.

- This makes sense. When I was 16, I accidentally hit my head walking into a pillar. I was walking with my head turned the other way looking for someone, and when I turned my head back around it hit the pillar. I didn't lose consciousness, but I had a welt on my head for a day or so.

- Birth size is nothing. My sister, God rest her soul, had two babies at 6 and 7 pounds when she was 250-300 pounds. They are large now in their teens and pre-teens (and I love them very much :) ).
